In my role for the Cusp Conference, I spearheaded the design of all print and signage collateral, ensuring alignment with the conference's branding and overall aesthetic. My responsibilities ranged from concept development to the actual design process, utilizing compelling visuals and clear messaging to enhance the event's visibility and appeal. This role required meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of the conference's ethos, allowing me to produce design elements that encapsulated the spirit of the event. Additionally, I coordinated with printers and other vendors for the production of the final materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Through this project, I was able to elevate the conference's visual representation, contributing to a cohesive and engaging event experience.

Cusp connected over 275 diverse presenters and 3,000+ passionate attendees and collaborated with an army of student volunteers and exceptional service teams. Their rollercoaster of emotions, swinging from apprehension to confidence, helped shape designers, associates, and the creative community.

Conceived to catalyze intellectual cross-pollination and ignite fresh perspectives, Cusp strives to be more than just a conference — it aims to be a catalyst for change. With speakers from diverse backgrounds and industries each year, the event serves as a melting pot of stimulating ideas, presenting attendees with a colorful tapestry of thought-provoking presentations.

Our vision was to curate an environment that fueled this curiosity, fostered meaningful conversations, and propelled the design of a better future. Through creative engagement and the powerful exchange of ideas, Cusp aspires to inspire attendees, encouraging them to carry forward the spark ignited within the conference halls to their respective spheres, perpetuating the cycle of innovative thought and action.

Recognizing that innovative ideas germinate in every corner of the globe, our aim with Cusp was to create a unified space that houses this boundless creativity. We sought to encapsulate the many thoughts and designs that converge within the conference, creating a vibrant visual narrative.

To achieve this, we decided to infuse diversity into the environmental collateral. Each element features unique photography, from the conference booklet to the lanyards, the signage, and the commemorative book. This approach is a testament to the diverse perspectives, effectively reflecting the richness of ideas and experiences that make the conference truly unique and inspiring.
